Recognized as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2017)

Here are some of the reasons why ATB Financial was selected as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2017):

  • ATB's summer student program, ATB 101, is open to students from a range of disciplines including accounting, human resources and IT -- the program features lunch and learn sessions, classroom learning, access to senior leaders and "experiential bursts", which include "a day in the life" of various areas of the organization
  • Participants of ATB 101 are also tasked with a real business problem and present their solutions to a panel of senior leaders at an end-of-summer graduation event -- additionally, participants can share their experience through an internal social network called ATB 101 Jam group, sharing pictures, videos and stories throughout the summer
