  • In partnership with Red River College and the Government of Manitoba, StandardAero developed an in-house apprenticeship for Level 1 and Level 2 Gas Turbine Repair and Overhaul Technicians, and also offers apprenticeship opportunities in a variety of trades including welding, power engineering, machining, plumbing and electrical, to name a few
  • StandardAero manages an Engineer-in-Training program for recent graduates which features 6-month rotations in various areas of the company -- upon program completion, participants are offered a permanent position in a business unit or central support role in which they have expressed interest
  • StandardAero created a student sponsorship program to award four of the company's current students $5,000 in tuition and books along with a guaranteed summer term the following year or a 1-year full-time placement if graduating soon
